Seeing the sea otter which is still quite rare for this area! And seeing four humpbacks in one day!

We saw lots of activity, the whales were foraging, high speed swimming, tail slaps and a spy hop! A memorable moment was watching a mature male Cappacchino surface in the swells.

Seeing T-018c (the male in the group) amd his dorsal fin which is very large even though he was only born in 1995. It is currently very distinctive as it droops a little at the top!

Seeing a big breach!! Also the tail waving and seeing the "left overs" floating in the water after the orcas made a kill.

It was great seeing the two calfs play and porpoise around as the mother caught a seal and everyone got a share!!

Watching the family surface together and seeing the new baby orca (T30B1) born in 2012. It was also great seeing the mature male with a 6 foot tall dorsal fin.
